About us

From a flat on the seafront to a detached house amongst the dunes. See what’s currently for sale in Zandvoort and the surrounding area.

Real estate agency, the Eigenwijs Way

We’re not a chain with a branch on every corner. We’re a small agency on the coast, with direct lines of communication and a single phone number where you’ll always get through to someone. No set script – just an approach tailored to your property and to Zandvoort.

Whether you’re selling, buying, valuing or managing your second home: you’ll be dealing with us, not a constantly changing team. That means honest advice, a competitive asking price and a sale that you can really count on.

The story behind Eigenwijs Take a look at our services

Not the biggest. But certainly the best.

The big estate agents send a different face every month. With us, the same estate agent conducts your viewing, assesses the photos and negotiates with the buyer. Someone who understands why a house on Hogeweg sells differently to one in Nieuw Noord.

What our customers say about us

An average rating of 9.8, based on 47 reviews on Funda.

Our relationship with the estate agent is excellent; last month, this agent sold four properties for us. We are extremely satisfied with the way the whole team at this agency handled these sales.

Nick and Maxime helped me very quickly and efficiently with the purchase of my house. During the viewings, they asked incisive, relevant questions about the condition of the property, the foundations and any defects. That gave me confidence that they were keeping a close eye on things on my behalf. They were also clear in their communication and responded promptly to my queries. A pleasant and professional experience from start to finish.

Nick is a pleasant estate agent with a wealth of knowledge. He’s friendly and knowledgeable. He guided us well in determining the offer and the process behind it. He was also observant regarding the condition of the house and clearly explained everything that was still to come.

I think it’s rare for someone to write a review about the seller and their estate agent, but I’m happy to make an exception for Eigenwijs. In February ’26, I bought a property in Zandvoort, which is how I came to know Eigenwijs as the seller’s estate agent. What has particularly stuck with me is the excellent support I received after the purchase. They helped me with questions regarding the complex deed of division and acted as a valuable link in the communication between the various new owners within the property. Throughout the entire process, they were easy to get hold of, professional and exceptionally helpful. As a first-time buyer, I regularly encountered unexpected situations, and it was incredibly reassuring to be able to rely on their expertise, commitment and prompt support. Eigenwijs, thank you for the excellent collaboration and all your help. It is greatly appreciated.
