Nick is the driving force behind Eigenwijs Makelaars. A no-nonsense estate agent who takes a slightly different approach to the profession. By listening carefully, actively contributing ideas and sometimes deliberately choosing a different path, he always strives for the best possible outcome. He knows what’s going on in the area, understands the local market like no other and knows how to make the most of that knowledge.
His strength? A passionate and personalised approach, with realism, transparency and feasibility as his guiding principles. Nick keeps a cool head, tells it like it is and always stays focused on your interests. No empty promises, just clarity, commitment and total dedication to achieving the best possible result together. For Nick, estate agency is therefore more than just a job. It’s what he loves to do. Or rather: his work is his hobby.
Astrid Morini
At Eigenwijs Makelaars, Astrid is a trusted point of contact for our clients. With her friendly and attentive manner, she is always happy to assist everyone and ensures that enquiries are quickly directed to the right person. She listens, offers her input and maintains close contact with our clients throughout the entire sales process.
Behind the scenes, too, Astrid is involved at every stage. She writes sales copy, compiles brochures and oversees the entire process of presenting a property online. Thanks to her attention to detail and commitment to service, Astrid knows exactly what is needed to ensure the sales process runs smoothly. From the very first phone call right through to a property being listed for sale: Astrid always ensures that both our clients and her colleagues can count on her!
Maxime van der Linde
Maxime has been working in estate agency since 2019 and attaches great importance to taking all the hassle off the hands of buyers and sellers. In recent years, she has developed her skills significantly in both office and field work and has obtained her estate agent’s qualification.
She draws a great deal of energy from discovering new opportunities and believes it is important to guide clients personally and with care. No two days or properties are the same, and it is precisely this variety that makes the profession so enjoyable for her. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness are clearly evident in the way she works. Maxime is always there for our clients and is happy to go the extra mile to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Sofie ten Broeke
Sofie has been part of the Eigenwijs Makelaars team for a year now and is responsible for everything to do with content and social media. With her specialism in copywriting, she knows better than anyone how to convey a story in a compelling and personal way. From writing copy to managing all social media channels, Sofie ensures that Eigenwijs Makelaars maintains its distinctive ‘Eigenwijs’ identity online.
She thrives on coming up with new ideas and knows how to turn them into content that suits Eigenwijs Makelaars. She has an eye for detail, a flair for language and is always on the lookout for that little bit extra to show a property in its best light. A creative all-rounder with a passion for everything to do with content!
